I didn't use blending stick for this one. I'm not sure if it's good or not, I guess I like blended skin more. Oh well, at least it's a bit different and I really do hope you like it nevertheless

Ah, Tauriel. So lovely. 
If I remember right, I referenced this drawing in my comment on your more recent drawing of her. In doing so, I hope I didn't convey that I thought this one wasn't good. It is. but not nearly as awesome as the Daughter of Mirkwood piece. Definitely a leap forward there. That being said, I'm not sure if its the darkness of her eyes, but there's something about her face that is throwing me off. Could be the non-blended skin that you mentioned. Its a good likeness, there's just something about it that I can't put my finger on but it makes it not sit right with me. Maybe the tip of her nose, I dont know... but nice work on her wardrobe and hair as always.
